Associate, Innovation (Business Digitalisation)

About this position

As part of the Forvis Mazars Singapore Innovation team, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, and effective individual to support the firm’s growth through innovation and transformation projects aimed at enhancing competitiveness and operational efficiency. The incumbent will support the planning, implementation, and administration of the innovation roadmap and business applications.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of innovation projects and business applications.
  • Business applications include Enterprise Applications (ERP, HRMS, CRM), Commercial-off-the-shelf applications (M365, Copilot), Group Digital and AI Applications, and bespoke solutions for specific business units.
  • Assist in understanding user requirements, developing process and solution design documents, and facilitating necessary approvals.
  • Support troubleshooting for local and group application issues, liaising with relevant internal and external providers.
  • Assist the Innovation team in managing projects, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Handle other coordination roles as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business or IT.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the accounting team and clients.
