Job description

You will be responsible for patient appointment scheduling including coordinating tele/video consultations with doctors and patients, as well as coordinating with Clinic Executives on the appointment process. Additionally, you will handle the billing process for tele/video consultations and collect feedback (Forms & Google reviews) from all patients. Your role will also involve generating leads, tracking footfalls/conversions, and making outbound calls for all missed or dropped calls.The ideal candidate should be a graduate with preferable experience in the hospital industry or BPO sector. The shifts will be rotational between 8 am to 08 pm, encompassing 8:30 hours per day for 6 days a week with one week off. Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is required, and proficiency in English language skills for speaking, writing, and reading is essential.This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Kannada is a mandatory language skill. The work location will be in person.,
