Job description

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your payroll expertise and experience. You will form part of a team providing outsourcing services and support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.

Roles & Responsibilities
  1. Under the guidance of your Senior/Manager, develop your understanding of the payroll structure and components.
  2. Prepare and support end-to-end payroll processing and recording of client’s payroll, which includes but not limited to monthly payroll, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end adjustments and filing individual income tax return.
  3. Participate in daily data entry and any other related payroll processing procedures.
  4. Preparing of monthly payroll summary report, GL & journal entry reports.
  5. Manage and handle queries from clients on payroll related matters by responding effectively and in a timely manner.
  6. To ensure compliance with all mandatory legislative requirements.
  7. Work with other teams, domestic and international, to meet client’s needs.
Job Requirements
  1. Diploma in Human Resource or business-related subject.
  2. Able to work in a diversified cultural environment.
  3. Has excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Able to liaise well with others and deal with confidential materials.
  5. Able to pay attention to details and highly meticulous.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Payroll Software (Preferably on HR Easily, Payboy, Simple Pay), Workday.
  8. Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills.
  9. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  10. From time to time, to be part of projects as reasonably required for the job role.
