Job description

We are on the lookout for an Executive, HR Associate to join us. This is a front-line position and will be part of the associate HR support team that acts as the first point of support for agents' HR matters

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt frontline services and perform admin tasks.
  • Assist in real estate salespersons licencing matters such as registration, resignations and recruitment.
  • Attending to walk-in, phone and email enquiries
  • Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
  • Identify and assess our salespersons' need to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with our salespersons through open and interactive communication
  • Advising agents on matters such as their marketing and social media accounts
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage our salespersons, making sure they feel supported and have a positive experience at every touchpoint

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma preferred
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in customer service or front facing roles, especially in the real estate Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills
  • Events Coordination experience would be a plus
  • Any marketing or social media experience would be a plus
  • A team player who fosters a cooperative work environment
  • Meticulous and careful especially when dealing with sensitive data
  • A people person who finds joy in interacting and assisting others
