Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Associate / Food Technologist to drive end-to-end development from benchtop experiments to pilot plant studies and eventual commercialization.

The role involves collaborating with QA, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to meet project milestones while ensuring food safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Science/Technology/Engineering with 1–3 years in food R&D, application development, or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology/Engineering.
• 1–3 years in food R&D, application development, or trials.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic project experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, qualification and commercialization of food ingredients and finished products.
• Design and conduct laboratory, benchtop, pilot plant and factory-scale trials.
• Analyze data and prepare technical reports and SOPs for management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with QA, Operations, Procurement and Commercial to meet project milestones.
