The Financial Services Operations team is a dynamic group responsible for ensuring seamless financial processes and innovative payment solutions that empower Grab users and partners alike.
We make an impact by supporting operations across multiple business units such as Transport, Deliveries, GfB, Partnerships, and GrabFin. Our team thrives on solving complex challenges, ensuring compliance, and enhancing user experience to support Grab’s mission of driving Southeast Asia forward.
Get to know the Role:
This role will be reporting to the Manager of the Financial Services Operations team.
As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Manager in daily operations, including the planning and execution of tasks and projects assigned.
As part of the team supporting our business functions, you will be required to:
Manage daily operations to support business units in ensuring compliance to both internal and external timelines and targets.
Oversee timely and accurate case submissions for WICA cases in accordance with guidelines.
Conduct investigations and liaise with regulators/government agencies to address CPF and WICA issues
Provide operational support for strategic growth initiatives such as new business pilots, and scaling of existing businesses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for scaling of business and expanding Grab’s offerings within the ecosystem.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose AI-driven solutions to streamline processes and enhance scalability, in collaboration with relevant teams
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
At least 3 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in the technology or financial sector
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with large datasets and a demonstrated ability to use data to make informed decisions and for performance tracking
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Keen to develop expertise in CPF/WICA regulatory frameworks to ensure compliance with guidelines
