Job summary

DM Financial, a dynamic international accounting firm with offices in Singapore and beyond, seeks a detail‑oriented accountant to prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for investment funds. You will ensure accuracy, meet client deadlines, and present statements for senior review.

Ideal candidates will hold a Related Honours degree, demonstrate excellent communication, and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365. Interest in career progression and learning is essential.

Responsibilities

• Preparing supporting schedules, working papers, and financial statement disclosures using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
• Preparing financial statements for a portfolio of investment funds and investment vehicles in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Assisting in ensuring financial statements are prepared accurately, completely, and in accordance with internal quality standards and client deadlines
• Presenting completed financial statements to senior team members for review and incorporate feedback in a timely manner
• Supporting the planning of financial reporting engagements while managing multiple client deadlines
• Liaising with investment managers, fund administrators, auditors, and other external service providers to obtain information and resolve financial reporting queries
• Researching accounting issues and complex transactions to determine the appropriate accounting treatment under relevant GAAP and IFRS standards
• Contributing to continuous process improvements and assist with ad hoc projects as required
