Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative and secretariat support for the development and implementation of a new programme involving hospital-wide collaborations.
  2. Responsible for secretariat and logistical support for workgroups, committees, meetings, and initiatives.
  3. Facilitate referral appointments and coordinate collaborative initiatives.
  4. Prepare presentation and meeting materials.
  5. Maintain databases and organise meetings/events.
  6. Disseminate information.
  7. Assist Division Chairman in exploration, coordination, and implementation of activities.
  8. Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and events.
  9. Prepare data and information for proposals and presentations.
  10. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma preferably in Healthcare Administration or related field.
  2. Prior experience in general administration will be an advantage.
  3. Good administrative and time management skills.
  4. Ability to multi-task while being meticulous and organised.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people of all levels.
