A leading health services organization is seeking an Administrative Officer to support training programmes and events within the SingHealth cluster. Job description

You will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the training programmes and events organised by SingHealth Academy or its stakeholders for staff across the SingHealth cluster. You oversee event registration and payment, generate evaluation reports and maintain a monitoring system for revenue and expenses.

You will maintain the training programme database, training records, update the training directory and calendar, and provide on-site support for all events. You will be required to ensure the proper filing of records for applications and submission of training records for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points.

You will be involved in providing publicity support for the training programmes and events, such as creating flyers or marketing collaterals. You will coordinate with the Education Communications team on the development of the marketing collaterals.

You will provide general administrative support to the department to ensure effective and efficient operations. Your duties will include organising and co-ordinating meetings, maintaining and upkeeping office equipment, monitoring office inventory and ensuring that the information is updated in a timely manner. You will process and fulfill orders for publications, and update mailing lists and contact information.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A Levels with 8 years of relevant experience
