You will provide administrative support to the department. This includes managing front office, collating feedback and survey results, assisting in handling feedback and phone enquiries, and tracking budgets.In addition, you will maintain proper record and storage of departmental items including data, documents, archives, collaterals and assets as well as provide assistance in coordinating events and activities organised by the department. You may also be assigned or involved in adhoc departmental projects from time to time.
