The Associate Executive, Partner Relations will play a key role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with taxi drivers. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who will collaborate closely with various taxi operations departments and taxi driver groups. The goal is to build rapport and create a positive, supportive environment for all taxi drivers, ultimately ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Meet KPIs set by Manager and/or HOD
Handle customers queries’ and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Manage customer escalations ensuring issues are addressed promptly, with clear communication and follow-up
Draft customer communications and publish information on various platforms
Plan, coordinate, and execute customer engagement events and award ceremonies
Proactively engage customers regularly with the aim to improve customer experience
To be involved in Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma and above
At least 1 year relevant working experience
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective and efficient solutions
Excellent writing abilities to communicate clearly and concisely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively
