The role of the Associate Executive is to perform administration and management of the SingHealth Digital Training Hub.

As an Associate Executive, you will oversee day-to-day operations of training venues management and undertake training administration. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating with trainers, departments, admin teams to ensure smooth running of training sessions
  • Liaising with teams to ensure proper functioning of learning tools IT setups, etc.
  • Oversee and manage inventory of training related supplies and equipment
  • Serve as point of contact for training facilitators and participant, e.g. in processing enquiries reservation of training rooms, and maintaining training records.
  • Understand training needs and provide logistical support
  • Assist with budgeting, procurement, and planning related to resource optimization

Job requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business IT, or related fields with 3 years of experience in school/office/project administration support function and calendar management.
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
