Job description

SingHealth Investigational Medicine Unit delivers trial-related services to advance the organisation’s aspirations of being a world-class unit providing holistic solutions in early phase clinical research.

As part of the SingHealth IMU administration team, you will participate in activities and projects to drive the recruitment of clinical trial volunteers, schedule screening appointments and visits, and attend to enquiries from the public. You will assist in database management by timely entry of data into an in-house database system. You will also provide logistical and administrative support to the department, such as assist with scheduling of meetings and courses, maintain upkeep of office inventory and equipment, and supporting procurement requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in health sciences or research
  • A good team player who is meticulous, resourceful, adaptable, and able to prioritise workload with good organisational skills
  • Good written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
