Singapore General Hospital is seeking an organised administrative support professional to assist the external communications team. The successful candidate will coordinate operations, manage schedules, support financial processes, and handle logistics for events, all while maintaining excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual who will provide comprehensive administrative support to our external communications team and ensure the smooth operation of the department.
In this role, you will coordinate team operations including schedule management, meeting organisation and record maintenance. You will serve as the primary liaison for IT and facilities matters while managing financial processes such as procurement documentation and budget tracking through ALPS. Additionally, you will support events by coordinating logistics, venue bookings and vendor management.
