We are seeking an organised and proactive individual who will provide comprehensive administrative support to our external communications team and ensure the smooth operation of the department.

In this role, you will coordinate team operations including schedule management, meeting organisation and record maintenance. You will serve as the primary liaison for IT and facilities matters while managing financial processes such as procurement documentation and budget tracking through ALPS. Additionally, you will support events by coordinating logistics, venue bookings and vendor management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in administrative support or secretarial duties preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, self-starter with ability to multi-task effectively
