Associate Executive, Group Chief Operating Officer's Office

We are seeking an Associate Executive to provide administrative, system and operational support for Group Operations initiatives at SingHealth Headquarters. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for record keeping, documentation and meeting coordination. Your duties include managing the Facilities Reservation System, administering mobile data plans for staff travelling overseas and assisting with cluster-wide initiatives. You will also support the SingHealth Data Protection Office to ensure compliance with statutory data regulations and obligations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma with at least 4 years' experience; or Higher National Institute of Technical Education Certificate/National Institute of Technical Education Certificate/General Certificate of Education Normal/Ordinary/Advanced Level with at least 10 years' experience
  • Knowledge of web page/portal management, information technology, business laws, risk management and compliance will be advantageous
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
