An established industry player is seeking a Rewards & Recognition Administrator to manage a comprehensive database of achievements. This role involves ensuring accurate processing of incentives and rewards for over 1,400 achievers, collaborating with various departments to deliver recognition programs effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and analysis, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Job Purpose
The Rewards & Recognition Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate database of financial representatives’ sales production achievements for the various recognition platforms, benefits and incentives that the Events team delivers to the various categories of Achievers within the Company.
This role involves data management, analysis and collaboration with various departments to support the company’s Achievers’ rewards and recognition programs, ensuring agency representatives receive the appropriate benefits and incentives aligned with their past year’s performance.
He/she will report to Section Head, Events & Recognition.
The Job
Achievers’ Database Management
• Collating, manage and update the database of all Achievers past years’ achievements, including but not limited to GELAC, MDRT, IDA, educational and professional qualification etc
• Verification of professional achievements/ accolades with each achiever for more than 1,400 achievers.
• Using the collated data, to further churn out customized worksheets for various recognition platforms, including but not limited to our Achievers’ Straits Times press ads, social media assets, website and e-Book.
Rewards & Incentive Processing
• Using the collated data, to coordinate with internal team mates to process rewards, incentives, and recognition benefits.
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of production-based incentives, including monetary rewards, travel incentives/ allowances, and other recognition programs.
• Administer payment processing and/or debit clawback for Achievers who fail to meet the necessary criteria needed for the benefit processing
Events Administrative Support
• To assist with events’ RSVP and tracking of attendance for the various events managed by Events & Recognition team.
• To assist with recognition tokens/ gifts production and checking, including but not limited to trophies, certificates and gifts production.
• To assist with the production and checking of recognition slides/ press ads/ animation/ assets used at the various events’ platform.
• To assist the Events & Recognition team on an adhoc event basis on various administrative roles and on-site support, including but not limited to event registration, programme/ logistics execution, and F&B management etc.
Others
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or Degree qualification
Experience in database management, sales incentive programs, or rewards and recognition within a life insurance or financial services industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with vlookup, pivot tables and the various calculation formulas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data (in excess of 1,000 rows and 20 to 30 columns) accurately while being a multi-tasker – You can manage various deliverables productively, review/ check to ensure accuracy and details.
A committed Team-Player - A passionate and committed team-mate who will help out in your other colleagues’ projects whenever necessary, even when it is beyond official office hours.
A hands-on person – One who enjoys rolling up your sleeves for pre-event logistics planning, onsite execution and delivery of events.
