Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Associate Engineer - Test Maintenance to troubleshoot, calibrate, repair and maintain testers and handlers/probers in a high‑volume environment.

You will ensure equipment is in production condition, monitor downtime, and report metrics while coordinating with the team on shifts and proper handovers. Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Strong analytical ability and ability to work in a team.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts or permanent night shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, repair and maintain Testers and Handlers/Probers.
• Ensure equipment runs at production condition with minimal downtime and target yield.
• Track, monitor and report daily equipment downtime.
• Daily housekeeping and other assigned duties.

• Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
• Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting daily equipment downtime.
• Responsible for daily house keeping and any other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess strong analysis and good teamwork.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to commit to either 12-hr rotating shift / permanent night shift.
