- Responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and maintenance of assigned Testers and Handles / Probers platform.
- Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
- Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and reporting daily equipment downtime.
- Responsible for daily housekeeping.
- Verify Quality Control (QC) failed lots and dispose QC on-hold lots.
- Perform basic failure analysis on IC devices.
- Generate timely QC reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide support for customer requests, RMA returns, or complaints.
- Review equipment PM/CAL/GRR/Qualification activities or reports.
- Conduct routine monitoring and spot checks of all building facilities such as central chiller system, cooling towers, pumps, AHU, compressors, BMS, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Attend to all facility works and M&E installations, coordinating with contractors on repair works.
- Provide support to production and assist in machine installations: power hook-up, CDA, vacuum, process cooling water, exhaust pipe, and other setup in the production floor.
- Perform in-house servicing of cooling towers, AHU, FCU, FFU, filter cleaning and replacement, strainers, and other HVAC equipment.
- Perform day-to-day preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment to support operations.
- Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing down equipment on the production floor.
- Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
- Assist engineers in engineering activities.
- Participate in housekeeping activities, consolidate, and maintain equipment parts in inventory system.
- Able to perform 12-hour day shift or office hour shift.
