Job description

  • Work on Prototype, NPI, and Engineering Change implementation.
  • Perform assembly, wiring, and integration of mechatronic systems and subsystems.
  • Integrate hardware and software to ensure full functionality and performance.
  • Conduct system-level tests to verify integration and performance.
  • Perform testing and debugging of mechatronics systems to ensure reliability and proper operation.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions.
  • Document test results, failures, and issues for analysis and improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining proper records of changes, and tests conducted.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for project tracking and quality control.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
  • Participating in project meetings to provide updates on progress and challenges.
  • Maintain clear communication regarding project timelines, requirements, and technical specifications.
  • Assemble and qualify precision mechanical modules.
  • Specialized in the alignment, testing, and troubleshooting of motion assemblies. It is important to ensure accuracy and to check, record, and manage your own work
  • Work according to the protocols of the cleanroom, complex systems.

  • Participate in training programs to enhance your technical skills and knowledge in mechatronics systems.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
  • Hands on with tools and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical design, control systems, electronics, and software programming
  • Knowledge in assembly, alignment, test and troubleshooting of complex precision mechatronics system.
  • Basic understanding of sensors, actuators, and controllers.
  • Update and documenting results.
  • Strong and fit to handle bulky products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A keen interest in learning and developing new technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

Education

  • Bachelor’s diploma/degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical
  • Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Entry-level role, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal
  • professional experience in mechatronics integration.
  • Working in a cleanroom environment for high-mix low volume complex
  • precision electro-mechanical system assemblies will be an additional advantage
