Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is looking for an Associate Engineer / Engineer / Senior Engineer (Engineering CYBER) to provide operational support in cybersecurity. Responsibilities include managing service requests, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring system availability. Candidates should have a degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering and strong knowledge of cybersecurity products like McAfee and Cisco. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in cybersecurity solutions preferred.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, clear and concise information flow among all stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customers and vendors in terms of issue resolution.
  • Review the customer’s existing business workflows or system functionalities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure system availability through 24/7 operational support.
  • Perform ad hoc troubleshooting on cybersecurity-related issues.
  • Execute scheduled system preventive maintenance.
  • Manage service requests and incidents to provide timely and effective resolutions.
  • Work with service providers/vendors to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Occasionally providing support in critical events based on rotational duties.
