Overview
Provide technical and administrative support for site automation and IT systems, including daily operations, maintenance activities, and small-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support equipment and system start-up, commissioning, and transition from project phase to operational use.
- Assist in creating GMP documentation, such as SOPs and forms.
- Support investigations, change control processes, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Perform and coordinate regular corrective and preventive maintenance (CM/PM) for automation and IT systems, including site AV systems.
- Supervise the work of external service providers during both routine and ad-hoc maintenance tasks; manage maintenance scheduling as required.
- Identify and resolve equipment issues, ensuring timely and compliant corrective actions without impacting production.
- Ensure all on-site activities are carried out in compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) policies, site quality procedures, and local regulations.
- Complete maintenance tasks and associated documentation accurately and within established timeframes and procedural guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of ITE NTC in a technical field or Diploma in Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance; experience in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with fill-finish process equipment is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of PLC and SCADA systems, preferably Rockwell platforms.
- Foundational knowledge of automation protocols (e.g., Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus DP/PA, Profinet, SQL, OPC).
- Experience working with integrated AV systems.
- Understanding of computer networking principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
