Job summary

ES Recruitment Pte Ltd is hiring for a Systems Executive / Associate Engineer to support the L3IVCS system at Changi Airport T2 and SATCC. The role requires Singaporean candidates with a Class 3 driving license and a relevant diploma, and it involves a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

The position offers basic salary up to SGD 3,900 plus shift allowances, OT pay, PH pay, and a potential bonus. Training is provided, and the contract runs for 12 months on agency payroll.

Qualifications

• Singaporean with ability to clear security clearance and pre-employment checks.
• Must hold a Class 3 driving license.
• Commitment to a 12-hour rotating shift pattern (Day/Night/Off).
• Min diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronics / Computing / Telecommunications.
• Interested in servicing / maintenance / troubleshooting duties.
• Knowledge of IVCS / VCS systems (Voice Communication System).
• Familiarity with audio recording and playback systems.

Responsibilities

• Performing 12-hour operational rotational shift duty.
• Attend to all users fault reports on L3IVCS system.
• Liaise with Telco and overseas providers for L3IVCS faults.
• Liaise with system contractor for lines to L3IVCS system.
• Log fault resolutions on IVCS logging files.
• Assist Air traffic controllers with audio playback tasks.
