Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to lead change initiatives across the enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) landscape. In this role, you will drive the adoption of central KM platforms and practices, manage stakeholder engagement, and support transitions to new systems and tools.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in change management and stakeholder communications, with hands-on experience in SharePoint and migration projects across complex organisations in either the public or private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies for enterprise KM initiatives, including platform migrations and process improvements.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across departments or business units to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations for KM-related changes.
  • Design and deliver communication and training plans to support successful KM adoption and system migration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless migration of KM systems and data.
  • Monitor and report on progress, adoption metrics, and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Identify risks and resistance points and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure change initiatives align with broader organisational digital transformation goals.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in change management, including a minimum of 2 years managing SharePoint migration projects.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and user experience.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation or migration initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Singaporean(s) Only

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019, or hybrid SharePoint environments.
  • Familiarity with information and knowledge management frameworks (e.g., ISO 30401, DIKW model, etc.)
