About the Role

  • Strategic growth and development of the Asia Pacific Sustainability & ESG team through business development, managing internal relationships, and increasing the visibility and positioning of the team in the market.

  • Identifying new Sustainability Advisory business opportunities, providing business development responses and ongoing Sustainability and ESG solutioning.

  • Building strong working relationships across the Cushman & Wakefield business across Asia Pacific. Striving for win-win outcomes that create growth opportunities for the whole firm, while positioning sustainability as a thought leader, innovator, and key differentiator.

  • Engaging with client and internal stakeholders to promote regional sustainability services and expertise and grow the Asia Pacific business.

  • Engaging with Sustainability teams across Asia Pacific to drive collaboration, product consistency, teamwork and engagement, and service excellence. Champion a One Team mindset and lead by example.

About You

  • A strong interest in Sustainability & ESG issues and trends

  • More than 7 years demonstrated experience in sustainability and ESG in the Real Estate industry

  • Demonstrated experience delivering sustainability-related services in the Real Estate industry including fund or portfolio-level sustainability strategy development, climate risk analysis and GRESB reporting

  • Demonstrated experience in project, team, or program management

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful business growth strategies

  • Excellent project planning, coordination, management, and organisational skills to support the prioritisation of workload and deliverables

  • Demonstrated understanding and use of positive stakeholder management approaches

  • Strong Business Development and Sales experience and track record

  • Ability to work independently, uses initiative and exercises sound judgment

  • A “can-do” and solution focused attitude

  • Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships including at the C-Suite level

  • Understanding of ESG & Sustainability for both Occupier and Investor Clients

  • Fluency in English
