We invite professionals with relevant experience to join our team as Associate Director / Senior Manager / Manager, Professional Standards & Quality Control.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement quality control policies and procedures
  • Evaluate quality control through firm-level and engagement-level reviews
  • Participate in technical projects and consultations
  • Direct use and provide training on the firm-tailored auditing tool

Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with professional qualification
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting firm or equivalent
  • Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
  • Strong interest and passion in professional standards and quality control
  • Good project and people management and communication skills

Work details

Work week : Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00pm
