We invite professionals with relevant experience to join our team as Associate Director / Senior Manager / Manager, Professional Standards & Quality Control.
Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
Design and implement quality control policies and procedures
Evaluate quality control through firm-level and engagement-level reviews
Participate in technical projects and consultations
Direct use and provide training on the firm-tailored auditing tool
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with professional qualification
7 - 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting firm or equivalent
Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
Strong interest and passion in professional standards and quality control
Good project and people management and communication skills
Work details:
Work week: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
