Job description

Overview:

Accountable for the technical management of the PepsiCo Global template solution and the deployment of SAP upgrades across sectors. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of all technical components related to the S/4 migration project, ensuring robust architecture and processes to prevent impact on BAU. Oversee the basis team for system installation, configuration, and maintenance throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end integration and connectivity of applications across the S/4 platform and external legacy systems.
• Lead technical delivery for S/4 migration across sectors, including technical design, testing support, TCO, and system management.
• Coordinate project activities from pursuit to hypercare, ensuring technical readiness and liaising with other project streams.
• Support system management deployment, resolving issues and escalating as necessary.
• Partner with IT organizations and cloud vendors to plan and deliver technical support.
• Manage the technical aspects of the PepsiCo Global template solution and SAP upgrade deployments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years managing teams and large projects.
• 10+ years SAP experience, with knowledge in application development, middleware, system administration, and infrastructure; S/4 & HANA experience is a plus.
• At least 5 years of strong development experience, with past work in ECC 6.0 or S/4 versions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in the CPG industry preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of business process integration points.

Preferred Tools & Methodologies:

• SAP Solution Manager, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools, HP Service Manager.
• Experience with project implementation, production support, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Additional expertise includes IDOC, OData, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, S/4 HANA Migration, PAUSPDD, RICEF objects, and cloud architecture. Certifications in cloud architecture and professional services industry implementation are advantageous.
