Job summary

Singtel RE:AI is expanding its product management team to drive commercialisation and execution across its AI infrastructure portfolio. The Associate Director will translate technical capabilities into commercially viable offerings, manage pricing, financial performance, and regional growth with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep experience in product management, financial modelling and pricing strategy, plus strong stakeholder leadership to deliver scalable AI compute solutions

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience across product management, commercial strategy or financial management.
• Proven ability in financial modelling, business case development and pricing strategy.
• Experience in regional expansion, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred.

RE:AI enables enterprises, research institutions, and digital-native businesses to accelerate innovation through responsible, high-performance AI compute and connectivity solutions.

Role Overview

RE:AI is expanding its product management team and hiring an additional Associate Director to drive product commercialisation and business execution across its AI infrastructure portfolio. The role spans product commercialisation, pricing and financial management, business strategy and regional expansion, operational governance, and performance management.

Working closely with the RE:AI leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Finance and Strategy, the role will translate technical capabilities and market opportunities into commercially viable offerings, drive financial and operational performance, and support the scalable growth of RE:AI’s business.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Management, Commercialisation & Financial Management: Drive the commercial management of RE:AI product offerings, translating technical capabilities and customer requirements into commercially viable propositions.
• Pricing & Commercial Management: Develop and maintain pricing models and commercial business cases, evaluating deal economics, cost structures and profitability to support pricing decisions and commercial negotiations.
• Productization & Go-to-Market: Define and execute productization frameworks for new AI infrastructure products and services, turning technical capabilities into commercially scalable offerings.
• Business Strategy & Regional Expansion: Support regional growth strategies, market entry assessments, investment evaluations and strategic partnerships, including preparation of business plans, investment proposals and management presentations.
• Business Operations & Governance: Drive operational readiness across business systems implementation, user requirements gathering, testing and rollout, billing operations, procurement, contract administration and regional entity setup. Establish, maintain and govern SOPs, processes and operational controls.
• Business Planning & Performance Management: Coordinate capacity planning, revenue and cost forecasting, business case tracking, management reporting and regional performance monitoring. Prepare business performance analyses and management/Board approval materials.
• Bid Support: Support complex bid and tender responses for large-scale AI infrastructure opportunities, coordinating technical, commercial, and regulatory inputs across teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant experience across product management, commercial strategy or financial management, preferably in telecommunications, cloud infrastructure, or AI compute domains.
• Proven success in financial modelling, business case development, pricing strategy, commercial performance management and product lifecycle management for enterprise or platform-based products.
• Working knowledge of AI infrastructure, including GPU compute, HPC, cloud platforms and data centre economics.
• Experience in supporting complex bids, commercial proposals and cross-functional solution development for enterprise or government clients.
• Experience in regional business expansion, operational process development and management reporting would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred.
