What You Will Do:

Manage the delivery of key reporting for Hybrid funds, ensuring accurate and timely NAVs and financial reports, maintaining strong internal controls, and overseeing client relationships and internal teams to meet service standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely work within deadlines
• Demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, especially in Private Equity
• Review transaction documentation, work papers, financial statements, and supporting schedules
• Manage audit processes and client requests
• Guide and develop junior staff
• Support tax team with compliance information
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

What You Will Bring:

• 7-9 years experience, with a background in fund administration or audit
• At least 5 years in Private Equity
• Independent working ability, leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Singapore FRS, IFRS, US GAAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Geneva experience is a plus
