In Wealth and Personal Banking, we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra high net worth individuals and their families. We help our customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth.

Our wealth management teams provide financial planning and advice, market insight and updates, as well as products in areas such as investments, deposits, insurance, financing and foreign exchange. They include relationship managers, technical product experts, sales managers, and support staff.

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Premier Elite.

Principal Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, and treasury specialists, to provide holistic solutions to our onshore banking High Net Worth premier clients. Provide premier clients with regular market updates, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate wealth management products accordingly.
  2. Perform continuous market analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities.
  3. Provide financial planning and advisory services aligned with HNW clients’ needs and investment profiles.
  4. Engage proactively in relationship management to strengthen, deepen, and delight existing clients, building a strong foundation for customer growth.
  5. Ensure coverage of all relationships through client engagement, risk profiling, and financial planning.
  6. Understand customers’ banking and financial needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  7. Demonstrate strong ability to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new HNW clients and referrals, leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads.
  8. Fulfilling clients’ needs while providing an exceptional client experience, as measured by specific metrics.
  9. Handle most problems independently with some latitude to solve complex issues.
Compliance, Risk & Control
  1. Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance norms.
  2. Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm’s reputation and safeguarding the bank, clients, and assets by complying with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Demonstrate sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices. Escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.
