Job summary

Job description

Requirements:
  1. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed targets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set enrolment and livelihood goals aligned with Yuva Parivartan's objectives.
    • Use innovative approaches and performance metrics to optimize processes and improve team performance.
    • Build a robust network of third-party partnerships to expand Yuva Parivartan's reach.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 100+ personnel, including direct supervision of 3-4 direct reportees.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture with accountability and ethics.
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills.
  3. Market Analysis and Competitor Tracking:
    • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
    • Monitor competitors and develop counter strategies.
    • Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Address needs of students, trainers, and partners to ensure satisfaction.
    • Develop rapport with local businesses and industry bodies for potential opportunities.
  5. Process and Reporting:
    • Implement reporting mechanisms to track performance and sales.
    • Ensure adherence to processes and data management tools.
    • Review performance metrics regularly and provide feedback.
  6. Innovation and Growth Initiatives:
    • Propose and execute initiatives to drive growth.
    • Identify and establish partnerships through alternative channels.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Post Graduate / MBA
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Rural Operations with FMCG / Pharma companies, with a focus on systems and processes.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years as a regional or zonal team leader with 3-4 direct reports.
