Job Description
  • Accountable for end to end project management from preconstruction, construction to handover stage.
  • Manage and coordinateamong various internal & external stakeholders to facilitate the timely definition of business unit requirements to inform project planning and execution.
  • Establish project schedules, risk registers, reporting and change registers to inform decision making and escalation
  • Facilitate efficient coordination (landlord, vendor and internal stakeholder), ensuring smooth execution and cost-effectiveness
  • Follow and manage the project handover workflow to effectively handover the completed projects and close the final account to record & maintain relevant documentations throughout the relevant project cycle, through to handover.
  • Assist in managing resources and risk of facing uncertain site condition, different timelines and dependencies as we are delivering the large-scale and fast track projects.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams in various working environments.
  • Operate effectively in fast-moving, dynamic, and often non-standard environments, with the ability to work autonomously.
Qualifications
  • Degree level qualifications in either project / programme management, or similar construction related disciplines.
  • 15 years of working experience in project management in fit out projects, preferably with corporate office or retail banking experience
  • Familiarity withauthority approval processesfor Fit-Out works in Singapore or similar jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and corporate reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and diverse teams.
  • High level of business awareness and financial acumen.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments.
