Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Corporate & Luxury Sales team in developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets across key segments, including Transient, Groups, MICE, and Corporate Events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to maximise account retention and business growth.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue, working closely with Rooms, F&B, Events, and other revenue-generating departments.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to support ongoing development and high performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, and forecasting to ensure proactive planning and alignment with overall commercial goals.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and secure new business.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistently high level of client engagement and satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and beyond.
Qualifications
Note: Due to Singapore’s foreign worker work pass restrictions, only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals across Corporate, MICE, and Group segments. Strong Groups/MICE experience is highly preferred.
- Commercially astute, highly motivated, and solutions-oriented with a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- A natural relationship builder with a strong focus on service excellence and client loyalty.
