Responsibilities:

The Associate Director, Media Activation is responsible for driving all aspects of media activation, including cross-channel platform integration for select accounts. This role involves collaborating with the media strategy team to translate strategies into media plans and ensuring flawless execution across channels. Leadership, mentorship, strategic thinking, and extensive media experience are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-channel planning and activation for active campaigns.
  • Collaborate with media strategy, omnichannel, social, search, and content teams throughout campaign cycles.
  • Maintain integrity of media plans within planning platforms.
  • Ensure quality control and accurate, efficient campaign execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with online partners.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and adherence to internal processes.
  • Work closely with the media strategy team for campaign optimization.
  • Oversee campaign budgets and pacing.
  • Participate in team projects on media buying and activation.
  • Collaborate with VP of Global Media Operations & Activation to improve operations.
  • Anticipate and solve problems proactively.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners.
Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Innovate in cross-channel media activation solutions.
  • Support RFP responses and pitches.
Market Knowledge:
  • Stay current with industry trends and platform evolutions.
  • Understand digital media landscape, including programmatic and ad tech.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership.
Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage workflows and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Ensure best practices across campaigns.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:

Knowledge of agency operations, B2B marketing, media activation, planning, and vendor landscape.

Skills include active listening, analytics, detail orientation, organization, stakeholder management, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership.

Experience of 7+ years in digital marketing, with 4+ years in media platforms, and 5+ years managing teams.
