Role summary
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets. The individual will lead marketing campaigns, content creation, and event management initiatives to support and drive the firm’s business growth. Strong investment knowledge is essential to drive effective, content lead campaigns.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaigns centered on investment-driven content, leveraging digital marketing, advertising, media relations, and social media channels
- Develop and lead marketing initiatives aligned with sales goals, ensuring smooth implementation and using analytics to track and report campaign performance
- Create and manage marketing budgets to optimise resource allocation and maximize ROI
- Enhance digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Create tailored product marketing collateral that meets channel requirements and clearly communicates key benefits and characteristics
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, corporate and industry sponsorships to showcase Fullerton’s thought leadership and deliver exceptional client experiences; build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry partners
- Oversee the firm’s website, continuously improving content, layout, and user experience
- Strengthen the firm’s investment profile by coordinating industry award submissions and promoting award achievements through internal and external channels
Education qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Business
- Preferably a CFA charter holder
Experience and skills
- 9 to 12 years of relevant marketing experience within the financial services industry, preferably focused on asset management.
- CMS Licensed Representative authorised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Strong understanding of asset management products and services, customer segments, and industry trends.
- Good knowledge of RFP content and process.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing channels.
- Proven ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders, including sales teams, department heads, and cross-functional groups, fostering collaboration to achieve timely and positive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and developing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and report outcomes.
