Associate Director - Liquidity & Transformation

Position Overview

At Apollo, we are a global team of alternative investment managers dedicated to delivering value to our investors and shareholders. With over 30 years of expertise in Private Equity, Credit, and Real Estate, we are known for our integrated approach, strong performance, and commitment to our core values.

We are seeking a finance professional to join our Treasury transformation and strategic initiatives team within the Finance Organization. This team handles financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting related to the firm’s liquidity, balance sheet, cash flows, capital structure, and debt capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data collection and support liquidity and capital forecasting requirements.
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and reports, including ad-hoc requests.
  • Collaborate across teams to prepare senior management presentations.
  • Maintain projections for rating agency metrics such as leverage and interest coverage.
  • Automate analytics and reporting processes using systems, Excel, Python, and other tools.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports.
  • Support strategic initiatives and project management activities.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement process controls.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with rating agency experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity, and capital management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and PowerPoint.
  • Masters degree in finance, accounting, management, or economics; CFA or CA qualifications are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
