Job summary

Savills Singapore is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development - Integrated Solutions to drive growth by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across our integrated facilities management and property services platform.

This front-end, client-facing role focuses on market engagement, relationship development, opportunity creation and solution selling to deliver commercially viable, ESG-conscious outcomes for clients across FM, PM, Cleaning, Security, M&E/Engineering,

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–8+ years in Business Development, Sales or Client Solutions.
• Proven track record in originating and winning new business.
• Experience in integrated/solution selling and senior client engagement.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Commercially astute with strong presentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development & Client Engagement: identify and develop new business opportunities; build relationships with clients and stakeholders; maintain a sustainable pipeline.
• Integrated Solution Selling: develop tailored solutions across FM, PM, Cleaning, Security, Engineering, Energy and Technology.
• Opportunity & Bid Leadership: lead opportunities through proposal and contract award; pricing collaboration; client presentations and negotiations.
• Account Growth & Cross-Selling: create strategic account plans; identify cross-selling across units; increase share of wallet.
• Internal Collaboration: collaborate across units to present a coordinated one-company solution; act as the voice of the client.
• Market & regulatory awareness: monitor trends and ensure tender/requirements are addressed.
