Role Summary
Job Title: Associate Director - Influencer Marketing and Celeb Endorsement
Location: Mumbai
Total Experience: 5-7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from strategy, talent mapping, and briefing to content execution and performance analysis.
- Build influencer-first content strategies for brand campaigns across platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Create concise influencer briefs aligned with brand goals, platform nuances, and creative storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media, creative) and external partners (influencers, production teams).
- Manage influencer deliverables, content calendars, and campaign timelines using appropriate tools.
- Track and report campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sentiment, and ROI.
Celebrity Endorsements
- Identify and pitch relevant celebrity talent for campaigns based on strategic alignment.
- Define shortlisting parameters like target audience fit, past associations, image, and media impact.
- Maintain relationships with celebrity managers, talent reps, and clients.
- Handle contracts, budgets, exclusivity, timelines, and campaign integration.
- Lead execution of celebrity shoots, campaign rollouts, and digital activations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content strategy, or media, preferably in an agency setting.
- Confidence in project leadership, client communication, and real-time problem-solving.
- Understanding of authentic creator and celebrity audience connections and content creation.
- Cultural curiosity, trend awareness, and familiarity with internet culture and the creator economy.
- Experience across verticals like beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or consumer brands.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of the social and influencer landscape in India.
- Passion for culture-driven marketing and creator storytelling.
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with clients, creators, celebrities, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including legal, finance, creative, and production teams.
