About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant for our People, Organization, and Culture (POC) Consulting practice. This role offers valuable experience working across various capabilities, service offerings, and clients, often directly with organizational leaders and GCCs. You will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge and help advise leading MNCs through disruptions and evolving workforce landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate client business strategy into actionable HR initiatives during Intake, Design & Set up (IDS), and Run stages.
  2. Develop and implement policies aligned with client needs and people strategies.
  3. Guide client leadership and HR stakeholders with high-level advisory services and curated HR products.
  4. Assist clients in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  5. Analyze unstructured information to develop policy recommendations.
  6. Improve organizational efficiency and employee engagement to reduce turnover.
  7. Deliver strategic priorities within strict timelines, paying attention to detail.
  8. Anticipate stakeholder needs and develop solutions, delivering value-added services.
  9. Manage conflicts and sensitive issues positively.
  10. Develop change management strategies, coach clients, and create training assets.
Experience and Requirements

Required: 15+ years in consulting or HR, including HRBP, HR Operations, and COE experience such as Learning & Development, Talent Management. People transformation experience is preferred. Strong relationship-building, attention to detail, analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Proven experience in scope and delivery of people and change consulting services across culture transformation, organization design, capability development, stakeholder engagement, and change management strategies.

Preferred: Experience in setting up or scaling Global Capability Centers and full project lifecycle delivery.

Qualifications & Certifications

MBA in HR, MSW, or MA in Social Work from a leading B-school; certifications like SPHR / GPHR are advantageous.
