Job Responsibilities
Work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing, the SVP of Marketing and the F&B Management team to develop the strategy and plan the execution of all integrated marketing and communications activities to ensure the essence of the brand is effectively translated to the market.
Work with the Advertising & Brand, Social Media as well as E-Commerce teams to assist with the execution of the venue's traditional and digital marketing assets to achieve increased revenue and guest retention.
Digital assets include, but are not limited to social media, ticket sites, website content, E-commerce, digital advertising, on property digital, and database management
Traditional assets include, on property marketing, outdoor and print advertising
Complete assignments by priority as well as build a strong, integrated relationship between marketing, management, and the rest of the integrated resort.
Assist with the conceptualization, planning and execution of weekly events.
Familiarity and proficient with monitoring and analytics platforms (both free and paid tools), web trends tracking and the ability to track activity to generate monthly reports.
Coordinate and maintain the most updated marketing collateral and branding in venue.
Coordinate announcements of marketing events across all marketing platforms and departments/ensure internal event marketing calendar is updated regularly.
Attend weekly all-staff meetings to present upcoming events and key marketing initiatives.
Oversee MEO documents and weekly meetings with all departments to review upcoming marketing events.
Maintain marketing & entertainment budget.
Assist with advancing of celebrity/DJ events on a weekly basis.
Manage workflow between marketing department and graphics team.
Assist with execution of all beverage marketing relationships.
Assist in the creation of new and exciting content, including: graphics, photography and videography.
Keep up to date with all pop culture and current events and look for opportunities to capitalize on trends.
Coordinate P.R plans and efforts with the communications team.
Find creative ways to drive patron visitation, develop new business and increase spend.
Ensure that all VIP guests are known personally and managed effectively.
Work with the Loyalty Marketing team to leverage the program and grow memberships that can drive spend at the venue.
Develop a strong network amongst influencers and target audiences, in order to leverage the network to drive visitation and patronage.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in a senior marketing role preferred
Other Prerequisites
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of illustration, animation, typography, motion graphics photography, videography, HTML, CSS and/or writing skills a plus.
Organized, with superior preparation, writing and communications skills to prepare & present business plans.
Quantitative and analytical skills - comfortable with the requisite financial and analytical functions necessary to quantify the performance of marketing initiatives.
Capable of distilling subjective marketing topics into objective marketing actions.
Professional maturity, capable of building consensus between line and staff functions.
Superior leadership skills - comfortable working with indirect authority.
Be capable of logical thinking and strategic planning.
Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate findings and other data clearly and efficiently to Executives and diverse audiences.
Well versed with the advertising and media landscape in Asia Pacific, as well as a thorough knowledge of the nightlife business.
Well networked in order to drive the right people to the venue from an influencer perspective.
