Job summary

Linesight in Singapore is seeking an Associate, Cost Management to work with experienced teams and take real responsibility for client cost outcomes.

You will manage key accounts, mentor staff, lead project cost deliverables, participate in tender processes, and prepare estimates and cost plans for major developments. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

This role emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and delivering value in a dynamic construction consultancy.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, ideally from a consultancy background, on large scale construction projects ideally in data centres or life sciences
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Are chartered or are on the path to complete it. We can help
