Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder analyses to understand the impact of change and identify key stakeholder groups.
- Create tailored communication and engagement strategies that address the concerns and needs of each group while managing resistance.
- Strategic Change Leadership: Lead the development of the vision for change by facilitating leadership visioning sessions to define focus areas, strategic priorities, and the narrative to achieve future operational objectives.
- Mobilizing Change Champion Network: Build and lead a network of Change Champions to address resistance, facilitate behavior change, and support engagement with impacted stakeholders.
- Governance & Risk Management: Define and align on the governance structure, including the development of a RACI matrix for clear program execution roles.
- Perform change impact assessments and create proactive strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Training & Development: Design and implement effective training programs, resources, and communication materials to prepare stakeholders for upcoming changes.
- Collaborate with departments to coordinate training methods, identify training needs, and align resources with employee roles and functions.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Implement Change Readiness Assessments to evaluate the progress of the change initiatives.
- Identify readiness gaps among stakeholders and develop actionable steps to address those gaps before Go-Live.
- Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support: Oversee the development and delivery of Go-Live communications to prepare employees for the change. Design a post-Go-Live support framework with measurable adoption metrics (KPIs) to track progress and ensure ongoing support.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on communications, stakeholder management, and training.
- Experience in the asset management industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
