Description

Associate Director, Branding Excellence

Responsible for leading brand and portfolio strategy across the APAC region (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Myammar, Cambodia). This role ensures brand relevance, drives market share growth, and enhances business performance through innovative, insight-led marketing strategies. The incumbent will spearhead cross-functional collaboration, build stakeholder trust, and deliver best-in-class brand and business results while aligning closely with the global vision of DKSH.

General Responsibilities

  • Drive aspirational brand and portfolio growth through market penetration, share gains, and innovation.
  • Develop and implement integrated brand strategies rooted in consumer, customer, and competitive insights.
  • Strongly engage and influence key external stakeholders such as healthcare professionals through targeted campaigns & scientific activities to shape protocol, patient access and map patient journey
  • Participate in business planning and lead initiatives that address market shifts and opportunity areas.
  • Provide data-driven investment recommendations to optimize ROI and marketing effectiveness.
  • Guide and oversee marketing execution, including content development, media strategies, and performance measurement across affiliates.

Functional Skills And Knowledge

  • Strong expertise in brand building, market development, and HCP engagement.
  • Proven capability in designing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies (including digital, social, offline, and patient outreach).
  • Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Experience with New Product Introductions (NPI), Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, and brand claim improvement strategies.
  • Skilled in budget management, resource allocation, and marketing ROI analysis.
