EASTSPRING INVESTMENTS (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking a senior equity investment professional to oversee Singapore and ASEAN portfolios, contributing to stock selection, risk control and performance delivery. You will conduct fundamental research, model financials, and provide investment recommendations to guide portfolio construction.

The role requires at least 10 years' experience, with strong Bloomberg/Excel skills; ESG/data-driven research exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of relevant experience in equity portfolio management.
Experience managing Singapore/ASEAN funds is preferred.
Advanced financial analysis and valuation modelling skills.
Strong interpretive ability on macro trends and sector dynamics.
Proficient in Bloomberg and Excel (advanced functions).
Ability to deliver impactful reports and presentations with PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication; compliant with guidelines.
Exposure to ESG data-driven research and AI/quant tools is a plus.
Collaborative, feedback-oriented team player with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

Support management of Singapore and ASEAN equity portfolios including construction and risk management.
Conduct fundamental research with modelling, valuation, and investment recommendations.
Develop ideas through meetings, industry research, channel checks, and thematic work.
Monitor holdings and watchlists with timely updates on earnings and events.
Engage with company management, brokers, and market participants regularly.
Support client meetings, market commentary, and media engagements.
Collaborate with regional teams to share insights and cross-market ideas.
Mentor junior investment professionals and promote rigorous research processes.
Contribute to investment discussions and investment committee reviews.
