Job summary

InizioIgnite, part of Inizio, is seeking an experienced researcher to partner with Directors to lead client projects and drive growth across healthcare market research. You will oversee the delivery of major quantitative brand tracking work for regional clients, while shaping group strategies and sales plans.

You will lead midlevel staff, contribute to talent acquisition, and collaborate with global teams to expand capabilities and client impact in APAC.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in primary market research, including healthcare industry.
• Strong experience leading projects and client management.
• Capable business developer and relationship manager with new and existing clients.
• Expertise with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is highly desirable.

About the team:

Our Custom Research team partners with global pharmaceutical and biotech clients to enable them to solve marketing, brand, advertising and communications problems through a mixture of innovative qualitative and quantitative market research techniques.

The team is not split into silos by client or therapy area, so you will be empowered to develop broad expertise across the healthcare landscape and will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of expert senior researchers and gain exposure to the full suite of research tools and techniques covered by the team.

The Singapore team operates as an APAC hub, working alongside colleagues in our international offices in Europe and Asia. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with people from across the global business.

Your primary role:

• The purpose of this role is to partner with the existing Directors to help lead, plan and manage clients and projects, and to ensure the growth, development and management of the team
• You will play a leading role in delivering a major quantitative brand tracking project for a regional client
• To provide leadership direction and management expertise in terms of growing and sustaining the business through the development and execution of group strategies, product development and sales growth plans
• Line management of midlevel staff
• Involvement in talent acquisition and assessing potential new staff

Your skills and experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in primary market research, including within the healthcare industry
• Have significant experience in leading projects and client management
• Capable business developer and relationship manager with new and existing clients
• Expertise with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese is highly desirable
