ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Brandston Partnership Inc. (BPI) Singapore is seeking creative and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in Architecture, Design, or Interior Design.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Dialux, and Relux; knowledge of AGI, Revit, or BIM is a plus.
3. Excellent visual communication skills; ability to demonstrate hand sketching through selected works.
4. Minimum of 8 years experience in commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects.
5. Ability to lead a design team, initiate discussions and workshops with clients, conduct independent discussions with consultants, and oversee project implementation on-site; strong knowledge of lighting fittings and project management.
6. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and ability.
