The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Associate Director.

Growth and Development of New and Existing Accounts

1. Working with the Business Development team for overall account management, growth, and profitability targets.
2. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
3. Consistently manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of high-quality service.
4. Participate in the strategic development of new business, producing proposals and presentations to new accounts.
5. Establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders to promote the agency.

Digital Team Lead

1. Lead, grow, and manage a team of Account Managers and Digital Specialists by overseeing their day-to-day operations.
2. Provide leadership and motivation, conveying the vision and values of the agency to the team.
3. Manage and resolve functional conflicts through consultation with team leads.

Account Servicing

1. Take a lead in clients' campaign marketing and advertising strategies.
2. Liaise with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis.
3. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and deliver within tight deadlines.
4. Advisory role in social data analytics.
5. Provide strategic digital recommendations to clients and team.
