Are you passionate about digital transformation, process optimization, and creating impactful solutions in a dynamic, global environment? At ResMed, we’re driving innovation across our Supply Chain network—and we’re looking for an Associate Digital Product Manager – Manufacturing Operations to help lead the way.

In this role, you will support the digital transformation product strategy for our global manufacturing network. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, maintenance, production, and management—to standardize and optimize processes, systems, and data across sites using reusable technology stacks. You’ll play a key part in aligning these initiatives with our broader Digital Supply Chain strategy to drive operational excellence.

• Support the vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital transformation within Manufacturing Operations.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver digital solutions aligned with stakeholder needs and strategic goals.

• Participate in and lead workshops to gather insights and drive consensus.

• Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Help standardize processes and share best practices across all global sites and factories.

Let’s Talk About You:

Required:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain operations.

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar).

• Proactive and process-driven, with a strong focus on user experience and data-driven decision-making.

• Hands-on experience in a supply chain function, with exposure in production or operations.

• Familiar with Agile ways of working and cross-functional project delivery.

• Strong communicator with experience working across global teams and stakeholders.

• Comfortable using tools like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), SharePoint, Teams, and JAMA.

• Experienced in manufacturing settings, with good project management and documentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with manufacturing equipment, IoT, data analytics, and enterprise systems (e.g., ERPs, MES).

• Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sisense), SQL, and data platforms like Snowflake.
