StriveX is working with an Investment Banking client who is seeking an Associate to join their Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the origination and execution of debt capital market transactions across Asia region. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with regional teams, and contribute to high-profile bond transactions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the team in originatingDCM mandatesand preparingpitch booksand client presentations.
• Conduct research onmacroeconomic conditionsand credit markets to inform client strategies.
• Assist in the execution ofG3 and other currencies bond transactions, including managing documentation, internal approvals, and investor meetings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Providepricing and valuation analysisfor bonds and hybrid bonds.
• Maintain and organize internal databases and deal records.

Key Requirements

• University degree in finance or business related fields
• 2-3 yearsof experienceindebt capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, with exposure to DCM transactions.
• Strong proficiencyinMicrosoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)andBloomberg.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
